Rinse the raw sea moss thoroughly, soak it in water for a minimum of 1 hour, then blend it with fresh water until smooth to create your own gel. Store it in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.

Raw sea moss has a mild, slightly sea water flavour due to the nature of it's origin, but our gel and capsules are virtually tasteless, making them easy to enjoy alone or a part of other recipes.
