How to prepare

Sea moss can be prepared by thoroughly cleaning and soaking for a minimum of 2 hours to which can then be made into a gel by blending or cooking.

Sea moss can also be washed and then added straight into cooking without being prepared as a gel if preferred. Try a small handful to begin with and then increase amount to suit preference.

However, once prepared as a gel, sea moss can be added to an array of meals including curries, soups, tea, cake mix, desserts, smoothies and more. Start with a tablespoon or two of sea moss gel every day for a nutritional boost.

Please note: Product colour may differ due to natural drying process the sea moss goes through however, this will not affect the nutritional value.
